The XL7 is short in length than the BR-V. But XL7 is wide and tall and comes with a longer wheelbase. The trim height is 200 mm which is enough for 7 seat family ride. The XL7 comes with 153 liters trunk space with the 3rd row intact, but it is expandable up to 550 liters when folded. The trunk has luggage capacity of maximum 803 liters, when fold all the seats of 2nd and 3rd row.

IF we talk about look, the Suzuki XL7 comes with more attractive exterior look than Honda BR-V and may be Toyota rush too. It has SUV inspired rugged look, with plastic casing and splash guard, roof rails, and 16 inch double tone wheels. The front look comes with LED headlights and LED DRLs, XL7 has a dual bar radiator grille, and LED taillights. XL7 comes with six amazing exterior colors, the flagship model of XL7 is available in double tone scheme.

The cabin comes with black theme with capacious decent look with good quality interior. Not like locally manufactured Suzuki.

The XL7 comes with 8 inch touchscreen entertainment system with 3-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and for the convenience of driver there is a multi information display.

XL7 comes with smart e mirror which is used as front and back facing high resolution dashcam fully unified with rear view mirror. XL7 comes with keyless entry system and push start button, the car has automatic weather control with heater,  up holders, and 12 volt power outlets for every row.

If we talk about safety measures the XL7 comes with ABS and EBD, dual SRS airbags, hill hold control, ISOFIX anchorage, electronic stability program, parking sensors, reversing cam and engine immobilizer etc.

If we talk about engine XL7 MPV comes with K15B 1.5 liter fuel engine which generates 104hp and 138Nm torque and paired with a 5 speed manual or 4 speed automatic gearbox.

Despite lackluster sales, Suzuki has been pulling APV since 14 years but has never think about introducing the new Ertiga 7 seater in Pakistani market. As compared to Ertiga Suzuki XL7 MPV can give a tough competition to the Honda BR-V, Now it depends on Pak Suzuki if they are really interested to give tough competition  to Honda or not.

The price of Pak Suzuki APV (CBU import) is PKR 62.9 lac and is much expensive than Honda BR-V, the price of Honda BR-V is between PKR 53 lac. If we talk about the price of Suzuki XL7 if it is converted into Pakistani currency it starts from PKR 50.0 lac, XL7 will be less expensive if locally assembled than Honda BR-V and it can be a plus point for those who want to buy a decent and lavish 7 seater in low price. Now we all have to wait until Suzuki decides to whether introduce XL7 in Pakistan or not. If we look at the track record of Pak Suzuki, maybe its our desired thinking.
